The Humanity Awakens
Awakening the ancient bond with our innate forces.
A Journey of Inner Awakening
Deep within our being, there is a calling. An ancient whisper that reminds us who we are and what our purpose is on this Earth. This two-day retreat is a gateway to that sacred reunion, an invitation to align with our purest essence and the consciousness of the planet.
In an environment where nature whispers wisdom and the soul expands with every breath, we gather to remember.
To remember our light, our purpose,
our connection with life itself.
From the very first moment, we will immerse ourselves in an experience designed to awaken the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga, meditation, and pranayama will gently guide us into the present, grounding every cell in the vibration of the Earth.
Through ancient practices and sacred ceremonies, we will allow our energy to flow freely, releasing what no longer belongs to us and embracing transformation with love and gratitude.

PROGRAM
Day 1: Awakening the Sacred Self
With every breath, the body opens, and the soul surrenders. We begin this journey with a welcoming ceremony, a sacred circle where we plant our intentions and honor the calling that has brought us here. Yoga and meditation align us, mindful eating nourishes us, and art opens us to the most authentic expression of our essence.
We explore Celtic wisdom through dance and meditation, allowing movement to speak to us, allowing the body to reveal hidden truths. We dive into the Life Mandala, a self-knowledge map that guides us through our own lights and shadows, awakening the clarity and purpose that lie within.
As evening falls, we surrender to the power of cacao, a heart medicine that opens us to the purest vibration of love and connection. In the warmth of the circle, under the moon and the whisper of the wind, we let the sweetness of cacao dissolve barriers and allow us to deeply feel our unity with all that we are.
Day 2: Embodying the New Self
The light of dawn embraces us in a new beginning. We wake up with the sun, breathe with the Earth, and align with the energy of the day. Through yoga, pranayama, and meditation, we strengthen our center, elevate our vibration, and prepare for the world that awaits us.
In a space of deep reflection, we explore our relationship with the planet.
How can we live in greater harmony? How can we be agents of change?
We share, we listen, we dream together of a future where our energy is in complete alignment with the Earth.
Before we part ways, we gather once more around the table, sharing a mindful breakfast that seals our intentions. We do not say goodbye as the people who arrived, but as those who have been reborn—with a more open heart, a clearer mind, and a soul more aligned with its purpose.
This retreat is not just a two-day experience. It is a seed, a portal, an initiation. It is the opportunity to remember who we are and to bring that truth back into the world.
If your heart resonates with this calling, welcome to this journey of transformation.
The blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is a significant flower in many cultures. In ancient Egypt, it symbolized resurrection and renewal, often appearing in art and rituals. In Buddhism, it represents wisdom, the spirit’s triumph over the senses, and persistence in seeking enlightenment amidst challenges. Additionally, the blue lotus is recognized for its calming and therapeutic properties, used across cultures for relaxation.
The yellow lotus, though less common than the white or blue varieties, possesses unique charm and meaning. It symbolizes spiritual enlightenment, joy, and positive energy, with its vibrant color linked to happiness and mental clarity. In Buddhism, it represents enlightenment through wisdom and joy, inspiring positivity and renewal. Like other lotuses, it blooms in muddy waters, symbolizing the ability to overcome difficulties and attain peace. The beauty of the yellow lotus reminds us of the strength and resilience within ourselves.
The white lotus is a beautiful flower with deep symbolic meaning across cultures. In Buddhism, it signifies purity of body, speech, and mind, blooming in muddy waters, which represents rising above suffering to attain enlightenment..
In Hinduism, the white lotus symbolizes purity and perfection, linked to deities like Lakshmi and Sarasvati. Its beauty, remaining pristine in muddy surroundings, reminds us of the human spirit's ability to shine in adversity.
